Agilite uses a role-based security model that limits data access to those authorized to view it. Agilite can be readily configured to allow HR administrators view- only” or “view-and-update access to appropriate plan data, for example, updating key life events, new hires, terminations, etc.

Likewise, plan members can be given access to see their benefits, eligibility information, etc. Of course, they see only the data the plan wants them to see, with the appropriate level of access as defined by the plan. Agilite also includes transactions for internal customer service representatives to maintain plan information, as required.
